Cancellation Policy
All Payments for bookings are final so it is important that you attend your booking. We are proud to provide a grace period of 15 mins from the start of your booking (Please phone the studio to notify a staff member that you are running late). If you may need to reschedule please call the studio minimum 24 hours prior to inform and check availability for updated booking. No-shows for cash payment bookings will only be allowed to do so once. If another booking is made and left unattended you will no longer be able to book our services. ( This ensures that we keep our availability up to date and respect the timing of staff and other customers.) Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hrs in advance. We only offer cancellations on bookings paid in cash. please read the information about no-shows on cash payments and follow cancellation policy to avoid being restricted from booking our services.
